Department of Employment Services (DOES) Materials

MOAPIA partnered with the Department of Employment Services(DOES) to provide the following translated materials for the AAPI community regarding DOES’ services.

The Department of Employment Services (DOES) has announced changes to the District of Columbia’s minimum wage laws. As part of the new regulations, DOES is requiring employers to submit a quarterly wage report for employees receiving gratuities.

Quarterly Wage Report 

It is mandatory that employers who have employees receiving gratuities and working in the District of Columbia submit a Quarterly Wage Report to the Office and Wage-Hour, DC Department of Employment Services. Below are instructions and spreadsheets needed to prepare the Quarterly Wage Report.
